Integrated Management System is our awareness of being responsible for the product and its compliance with basic safety requirements and fulfilment of Client's expectations. It is also our efforts to reduce the work risk and negative impact of our activities on the environment. Integrated Management System PolicyDoosan Babcock Energy Polska sp. z o.o. has a significant position in the power sector market including service, delivery, overhauls and general contracting for power plant equipment, industrial and environmental protection installations. The companies stability and development were achieved due to our consistency in building the image of the company as a reliable and competent partner, acting in compliance with ethical and legal principles of business operation. The basis for business activities aiming at marketing and financial success is compliance with provisions of Polish law, EU Directives and contractual requirements agreed with Clients.It is our declared intent to continually identify the needs and expectations of our Clients, staff and local community. We fully comply with the requirements of clients included in contracts and aim at fulfilling the clients' expectations. Our long-term target is also to aim at fulfilling the expectations of our employees and local community regarding OHSE. Our integrated QHSE management system is compliant with requirements of the following standards: ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004, OHSAS 18001:2007, ISO 3834-2:2005 and SCC** 2006. In process management we apply the principle of continuous improvement to achieve excellence in the following: • products and services offered • reduction of our impact on the environment • zero work accidents • safety of employees, sub suppliers and visitors to the company We declare systematic activities aiming at increasing the level of work culture and engagement of employees in establishing and compliance with organizational arrangements to prevent: • behaviours which are not compliant with OHS regulations and hazardous situations, incidents potentially resulting in work accidents, injuries and occupational diseases • substandard work and behaviours resulting in poor quality performance • behaviours which are potentially detrimental to the environment or could lead to its • exposing employees, subcontractors and visitors to the company to health risk We are committed to increasing the employee(s) awareness of customer expectations and OHSE by training and open information policy within the company.
